How Do I Meet People?

St. Andrew’s United Church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at St. Andrew’s United Church.

Fellowship Hour

Each Sunday following the worship service you are invited to join with others for a time of community building over a cup of coffee or tea along with cookies of course. This can be a time to meet new friends and network with others.

Serving Others

There are many opportunities to meet people through helping others in the church and community. When we put our faith into action we get to know others and build relationships in the body of Christ. St. Andrew’s offers many groups to use your talents in.

Congregation Wide Events

Throughout the year we provide many large gatherings over a meal time. It could be a pot luck supper, a fundraising dinner, a talent show, Men’s Lunch or a party of some type. These are just some of the many ways people can connect with others

Small Groups

Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, St. Andrew’s United Church has small bible studies held at various times in the year. The size of the group is anywhere from six to twelve.

Study Groups

We offer a variety of faith study groups throughout the year.
