St. Andrew’s sponsors the 4th Georgetown Scouting groups for Children and Youth. The groups include Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, and Venturers.

Beavers meet on Thursdays at 6:45 PM

Cubs meet on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 PM

Scouts meet on Mondays at 7:00 PM

Venturers meet on Mondays at 7:00 PM

Support and Housing Halton – Coffee House                                                       SHH logo

St. Andrew’s provides space for the Support and Housing Halton Coffee House Social Group.

The group is a drop in for anyone who wants to attend.  They sit around, enjoy various snacks, chat with other friendly faces, and play bingo with small prizes.  The Coffee House runs on Tuesdays from 1-2:30pm in the church basement and are always welcoming new people to join.

Support and Housing Halton – T.E.A.C.H. Checkpoint Drop-in

St. Andrew’s provides space for the Support and Housing Halton T.E.A.C.H. Checkpoint Drop-in Group. T.E.A.C.H. stands for

Teach, Empower, Advocate for Community H

ealth.

This is a weekly drop-in group which meets every Tuesday afternoon from 1 – 2:30pm. Individuals are supported by people with similar lived experiences who are managing their personal journey of recovery.  CheckPoint takes place in a safe non-judgmental environment and provides an opportunity for individuals to share how their lives are going, and gain insight into their overall wellness.  This group is open to anyone who feels they could benefit from peer support in a group setting.

Future Scholars School Age Program

The Future Scholars Day Care program offers a before and after School Age program for ages 6-12 Monday to Friday using the Gym space in the church.  They also offer weeklong camp programs during the Summer.
