Our staff team is passionate about serving Christ in our church and in the community. Our ministry is focused on building relationships and community with one another.
Rev. Grant Williams
Grant has been with St. Andrew’s United Church for over 15 years. He has a passion for Worship, Contemporary Music, Pastoral Care and Ministry with Young people. Prior to being ordained in 2001 he was a Youth Minister in the Toronto Area. Grant is also a founding director of a non-profit organization called Community Unity - Halton Hills which cares for people in need of assistance. He is compassionate to others in need and is energetic. He has two teenage children in school. His hobbies include carpentry, camping, biking and travelling.
Sue has been the organist and choir director at St. Andrew’s for over 25 years. She has played in Anglican and Presbyterian churches prior to coming to us. She loves this church! Sue Whaley attained an ARCT (written), a BA in music composition, and a Masters in Education. She taught piano and composition privately for many years and has recently retired as a Principal at a large elementary school in the Peel District School Board. She has served as an adjudicator for music festivals. Sue enjoys riding horses or camping and canoeing.
NURSERY CARE PROVIDER
Christina provides care giving to our youngest church family members and visitors. She was Georgetown born and raised and has been attending St. Andrew’s since birth. She joined the church through Confirmation in 2010. In her spare time she likes to workout while spending time with her dog, Bailey. Christina graduated from Seneca College in fundraising and will soon be attending Mount Royal University in event coordination. She has been working with children for 11 years.
